In any case, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to Fleet Services Group. 6. Response time
Fleet Services Group undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.
7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
Fleet Services Group informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have the data collected through the various forms available on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your data protection rights which is proposed and used by Fleet Services Group). Fleet Services Group has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions of confidentiality, usage and data protections.
